Over 30 years in commercial leadership and talent development, built almost entirely inside the B2B food ingredients industry across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Roy is the kind of leader who stayed long enough in each organisation to see what capability building actually requires, and what it takes to make it last.

That conviction led him to design in-house learning programmes that went beyond skills transfer. It eventually shaped the creation of the Commercial Talent Development Academy, an internal function he built from the ground up, dedicated to commercial excellence and the development of leaders from within.

He now mentors commercial professionals navigating leadership transitions and international careers, drawing on NLP and decades of watching what separates people who grow from people who plateau.
