ABOUT DONALD
Over 20 years across consulting, commercial leadership, and renewable energy. Donald began at the strategy end, spending six years at McKinsey as an Associate Partner, advising clients in chemicals, agriculture, and basic materials across Benelux. The work was rigorous and analytical, focused on B2B pricing strategy and building the commercial capabilities organisations needed to compete.
What followed was the harder test: putting it into practice. At Cargill, he led commercial teams through the operational reality of segmentation, key account management, pricing, CRM, omni-channel, and sales effectiveness. He currently serves as Global Commercial Excellence Lead at Calderys, and as Board Member of Les Gazelles de Bruxelles.
Few practitioners have moved as deliberately from strategy to execution and back. That range is what makes his contribution to Elevance's commercial capability building work distinctive.
