Divy spent over 18 years in commercial roles across B2C and B2B sectors, including FMCG, food and beverage, and agribusiness. He built and led commercial teams across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa. His most recent corporate role was as Commercial Excellence Lead across APAC and META, where he shaped capability and go-to-market strategy at scale. At Elevance, Divy leads commercial capability building and consulting work. He works with commercial teams and senior leaders who are building capability, navigating organisational complexity, or repositioning for growth. His approach is direct and grounded in commercial experience, drawing on what he has seen across markets, sectors, and operating conditions rather than on frameworks alone. He also mentors individual leaders navigating commercial leadership transitions.
