Ching Ching Liew

Ching Ching spent over 25 years in B2C and B2B marketing and commercial roles, including senior positions in regional and global commercial teams. Her most recent corporate role focused on commercial capability-building, where she designed and led program to develop commercial professionals across multiple markets.

At Elevance, Ching Ching coaches and facilitates across the firm's work, with a particular focus on leadership transition through the Launchpad program. She works with commercial leaders and teams who feel something is keeping them where they are. Her approach is awareness-based rather than advice-based, drawing on ICF accreditation, NLP, and the practice of asking rather than telling.

She also serves as Growth and Development Director at the Malaysian Association of Certified Coaches, a non-profit professional body.
